CHARLIE A. BRYANT
Mr. Charlie A. Bryant, son of the late Mr. Billy Bryant and Mrs. Maude Green Bryant, was born 31 May 1893 in Adair Co. and departed this life at 3:30 a.m. Friday 4 Jan 1974 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Turner, Donansburg, Ky. He was 80 years of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Joners Chapel Presbyterian Church in Hart Co. at the time of his death.
He united in marriage to Miss Mary Frances Brooks 14 Dec 1913 who survives. To this union were born 6 sons and 5 daughters. Surviving are: Willie Bryant, Hardyville; Mrs. Goldie Hart, Mrs. Evelyn Turner, James Bryant and Orval Bryant, all of Greensburg, and Charles Bryant, Horse Cave, Edward, Emily Lee, Helen, Opal and Raymond Bryant preceded their father in death.
Mr. Bryant is also survived by 3 brothers: Poynter Bryant, Hardyville, Otha Bryant, Greensburg, and Carl Bryant, Horse Cave; 27 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1
great-great-grandchild.
The remains were at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral HOme were funeral services were conducted at 3:30 p.m. (CDT) Sunday 6 Jan with burial in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Hart Co. Rev. M.J. Logsdon officiated.
Pallbearers: Paul Bryant, Odean Warf, Doland Bryant, Alfred Bryant, Jerry Judd and Scottie Sullivan.

Mrs. Mary Frances Bryant, 77, Donansberg, died at Caverna Memorial Hospital on Monday.
Shse is survived by two brothers Walter and Jimmy Brooks of Horse Cave. Two Sisters, Mrs. Margaret Emory, Horse Cave and Mrs. Lavore Oller, Cave City.
Cowherd and Parrot, Greensburg were in charge of the service on Wednesday.

Surviving are Charles Bryant, Horse Cave, Ky.,Willie Bryant, Hardeyville, Ky., Mrs. Goldie Hart, Orval Bryant, James Bryant, and Mrs. Evelyn Turner, all of Greensburg. Also surviving ae two brothers and two sisters; Walter Brooks, Jim Brooks, and Mrs. Margaret Emery, all of Horse Cave Ky., and Mrs. Lavora Oller, Cave City, Ky. Other survivors include 27 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home at 1 p. m. CST. Wednesday, December 29, by Rev. M. J. Logsdon. Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers were Scott Sullivan, Odean Warf, Clifton Brooks, Paul Bryant, and Junior Robertson.
