Nina Ruth McDonald, age 94, of Horse Cave, KY, passed away Monday, November 28, 2016, at Signature Health Care of Hart County in Horse Cave, KY. She was a retired teacher from Memorial School in Hart County and a member of Munfordville First United Methodist Church. 

She was the daughter of the late John Benton Reynolds and the late Carie Self Reynolds and wife of the late Donald McDonald.

She is survived by one son, William Rush McDonald and wife Beverly, Lenexa, KS; two grandchildren, Todd McDonald, Lenexa, KS, Erin Whitmer and husband Jonathan, Mishawaka, IL; two great grandchild, Annamarie Whitmer & Bennett Whitmer, Mishawaka, IL; one sister, Emma Butler, Hodgenville, KY.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Brooks Funeral Home and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Munfordville First United Methodist Church.  Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Munfordville United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Pearl Webb Cemetery, Canmer, KY.
