Harold Garnett Logsdon, age 51 of Bowling Green passed away Sunday, June 17, 2007 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was a disabled forklift mechanic for Rhodes Furniture in Georgia. He was a Baptist, loved his family and playing with his grandchildren. He was a collector of knives and loved to work on cars.

He’s survived by his wife of 33 years, Rita Gail Basham Logsdon, his mother, Beatrice Burnette Logsdon of Bowling Green, his daughter Jennifer Nicole Boyer and husband Stephen of Smiths Grove. His son, Harold Jason Logsdon and wife Ashley of Bowling Green, 2 sisters, Priscilla Smith of Winston Georgia, Marcella Riley and husband Mack of Haw River North Carolina. 2 grandsons, Brandon McCay Spinks and Jason Hayden Logsdon. His sister-in-law, Sandy Harper of Glasgow, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Oren Logsdon and a brother, Jimmy Logsdon.

Funeral services for Harold Garnett Logsdon will be held at 11:30 Thursday, June 21, 2007 at J.C. Kirby and Son Broadway Chapel, with burial in Bon Ayr Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 until 9 Wednesday, June 20, 2007.
