Vetra Wilson age 98 of Glasgow passed away Sunday at NHC of Glasgow. She was born in Hart County to the late Owen Short & Alamedia O’Banion Short. She was a housewife and a member of The Church in Canmer.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by one daughter-
Rebecca Sue Combs & hus. Johnny of Glasgow
11 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren also survive
She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbert Lee Wilson, a son Wilbert Lee Wilson, Jr. , two daughters Joyce Carol Avery and Patricia Ann Devers and by three grandchildren
Funeral services for Vetra Wilson will be 2pm Wednesday at The Church in Canmer with burial in the Pearl Webb Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11am-8pm at the Sego Funeral Home and Wednesday after 10am at The Church in Canmer. Memorial donations may be made to Pearl Webb Cemetery or The Church in Canmer.
