MUNFORDVILLE - Ray V. Denham, 73, of Cub Run died at 5:56 a.m. EDT June 3, 2006, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.

The Warren County native was a retired machinist and farmer, a member of Concord Baptist Church, a Mason for 50 years and a member of Cub Run Masonic Lodge No. 910. He was a son of the late Arthur Dovel Denham and Emma Manco Denham.

Funeral is at 11 a.m. Monday at Cub Run Baptist Church, with burial in Cub Run Cemetery. Visitation is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Brooks Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Monday at the church. Masonic rites will be conducted at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Denham; two daughters, Carolyn Denham
