James Oren Johnson - (1926 - 2009 )

James Oren Johnson, 83, Cave City, died Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital, Glasgow. The Barren County native was 
the son of the late Emmett and Rona Sanders Johnson and the widower of Mora Sturgeon Johnson. He was a retired maintenance employee of Mallory's 
in Glasgow, a member of Little Hope Baptist Church and Cave City Masonic Lodge #790.

Survivors include two daughters, Sheila (Doug) Parker, and Vickie Johnson, both of Glasgow; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Johnson.

Funeral services with Rev. Danny Sexton officiating will be at 2 PM Thursday, October 29th at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, with burial 
in the Cave City Cemetery. Masonic rites will be at the funeral home Wednesday at 7 PM. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 2 PM Wednesday.
