I worked for Detrex Corporation here in Bowling Green, Ky. for 34 years before they sold the Equipment Manufacturing Division to Farr Manufacturing& Engineering (Williamstown, WV) in 2002. If you will remember, our classmate Wayne Mouser, and another Caverna graduate, Deward Burd, were also previous Detrex employees. As a Farr employee, I'm still the lab manager here at our Technical Center. I'm pretty much home based, but do get to travel some in my field of work.

My wife Becky and I have been married for almost 36 years now. She just retired from teaching last year after 28 years with the Warren Co school system. She was an elementary education teacher. We have three sons. Our oldest son, Jonathan, is 30 and a 3rd year resident doctor at the West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. He's specializing
in Urology and has two more years of residency there before he's out on his own. Our middle son, Brandon, is 25 and an aerospace engineer for Boeing in El Segundo, CA. He works on guidance and positioning systems for the satellites that they build. He just got married last summer to a lovely girl, Jessica, and they live in Redondo Beach, CA.  Our youngest son, Darren, is 21 and will graduate from Western this semester with a business degree in Finance. Presently he still lives at home, but will be out job hunting after graduation. We have no grandchildren yet, but we've truly been blessed as a family.
