Paul David Hay, 36, Route 3, Horse Cave died at 1 a.m. Friday, May 4, 1984 at T. J. Community Hospital.

Funeral Services were held Sunday at 4:30 p.m. with burial in the Horse Cave Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Del Rita Hay, Route 3, Horse Cave; one son, Chris Hay, at home; his father, Archie Paul Hay, Munfordville; his stepmother, Hallie Hay, Munfordville; one sister, Mrs. Paulette McKinney, Route 3, Horse Cave; one brother Archie Hay, Cave City; a step brother, G.W. Esters, Park City; two step sisters, Mrs. Mae Meredith, Munfordville, and Georgia Childress, Bowling Green; several aunts, nieces and nephews
