The
Wigwam Villages were the creation of Frank A. Redford. #1 was
completed at Horse Cave in 1935 and Frank patented the design in 1936.
He
built #2 in Cave City in 1937 and 5 more later in Alabama, Louisana,
California and Arizona.
Only
two remain in operation, #2 at Cave City and #6 in Arizona.
