Mrs. Jeri Isenberg, 83, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, March 16, 2010, in Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon. Mrs. Isenberg was born May 13, 1926, in Indianapolis, daughter of the late William and Veneeda (Whitted) Cunningham. She married Clinton Isenberg on Nov. 24, 1942. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Isenberg attended New Ross Christian Church and was a member of the New Ross Home Economics Club for several years. She was a homemaker for many years. She then went to work for Sommer Metalcraft in Crawfordsville as a spot welder. She worked there for 25 years, retiring in 1992. She also worked in the meat department at Kroger in Crawfordsville. Mrs. Isenberg enjoyed gardening, reading, traveling and playing cards. Surviving are sons, Dan Isenberg of Waveland, Bill (Linda) Isenberg of Indianapolis and Mark (Pam) Isenberg of New Market; daughter, Elaine (Bob) Neff of Lebanon; and nine grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, one stepgreat-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Warkin, and her brother, Jim Cunningham. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 18, at the Porter Funeral Home, 315 W. Main St., Jamestown. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 19, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the New Ross Cemetery, New Ross.
