Connie Jo Clark Green age 44 of Horse Cave passed away at 5:35 a.m. Friday Septemeber 3, 2010 at the Hart County Health Care Center. She was a Hart County native, a Homemaker and a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Gayle Clark, One Brother, John Clark and One Son, Travis Adam Green.

Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday and after 9 a.m. until funeral time on Monday.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday September 6, 2010 in the Chapel of Winn Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.

She is survived by:

Jeremy Green & wife Melissa of Glasgow
Tyler Clark of Glasgow
Two Grandchildren: Jeremy Green, Jr. and Summer Ann Green both of Glasgow.
Her Father and Step-Mother, Ronald & Frances Clark of Horse Cave
One Sister, Kathy Clark of Horse Cave
One Brother, Brad Clark of Louisville
One Niece and One Nephew and Several Cousins also survive.
