Concella Green, age 77 of Louisville and formally of Glasgow died Monday November 17, 2008 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. Mrs. Green was employed with the American Tobacco Company for 17 years and was an assembly line worker for General Electric Company for 26 years. She was a member of General Electric Local Union # 761.

Survivors include two sons Kenny Green Jenkins & Raymond Douglas Kerney and wife Karen both of Fairdale, Kentucky; seven grandchildren Shane & Amaya Baxter of Louisville, Cory Jesse, Gina Jenkins, Eric Kerney, Cassie Kerney & Nick Kerney all of Fairdale, Ky; 2 great grandchildren Justin Thomas Kerney & Zackery Paul Jones both of Fairdale, Ky; several nieces & nephews also survive.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by 2 brothers Chris & Jim Green and 1 sister Ozetta Jones.

Funeral services for Concella Green will be held at 1:00pm Friday November 21, 2008 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Green Family Cemetery in Glasgow. Visitation will be after 11:00am Thursday at the funeral home
