Cave City -- Joyce McGavic, 45, of Cave City, died Monday, July 24, 1995 at the Caverna Memorial Hospital after an illness.
The Barren County native is the daughter of the late Melvin McGavic and Mary Jaggers McGavic, who survives.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a sister, Mary Jean Brown, of Colleyville, Texas; a brother-in-law, Duane Brown of Colleyville, Texas; a niece Duana Klein; two nephews, Craig and Eric Brown; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
