James Harold DeWeese, 71, of Bowling Green died at 2:38 p.m. May 5, 2009, at his residence.
The Metcalfe County native was an employee of Holley Carburetor, plant manager at Sorenson's in Glasgow and an insurance salesman. He was a graduate of Edmonton High School and a member of Green Meadows United Baptist Church. He was a son of the late James Roscoe DeWeese and Melissa Jane Reece Jones. He was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Jones; and a brother, Tony DeWeese.
Funeral is at 10 a.m. Friday at Faith United Baptist Church, with burial in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel, and is from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
