WILLIAMS FAMILY CEMETERY

Round Bottom Road

Linwood, Hart County, Kentucky

Location: At US 31E in Linwood, turn East onto Hwy 566 (aka Eve Highway) and proceed 2.3 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 1018 (Round Bend Road) and proceed 1.0 miles. A driveway to the right just before coming to a large, white house, leads up to the cemetery on a ridge about 50 feet from the road.

In winter 2008/9 the Hedgepeth/Dillard crew did a lot of work on this cemetery , then the group of Boston University students on “alternative break” came and fine-tuned it a couple of weeks ago, tearing out the old fencing and carrying off the debris. This cemetery is now a beauty!  We can say it has been rescued, and it has been adopted by the owners of the property - Larry and Joanie Cox.
