St. Benedict Wax, Grayson Co., Kentucky
Location: From hwy 88 in Wax, turn onto Hwy 479 and go |
This cemetery was moved from it's original location in the 1960s before the Nolin Lake was built. Many of the stones are broken and some are worn smooth. The cemetery is very well maintained and is in a beautiful setting. I photographed this cemetery starting at the right front and proceeded around the horseshoe and finished at the left front. The numbers by each photo are in the order the photos were taken. This should give and idea where the grave is located. |
I attempted to photograph every stone here but it's likely I missed a few. If you can provide info on any of the unidentified stones please send it to ray@so-ky.com |
